Operating since 2008 ambient project web design is an amalgamation of the Lambay Web Studio and eep!design.
Our work combines rationality, humour, visual clarity and a unique sensitivity to colour, to create memorable and stylish on-line identities for a wide range of clients. We provide a bespoke and highly considered service to large organisations and private individual clients alike.
We provide a personal service to all our clients, offering quotes and designs tailored to suit the needs of any business or organisation.
Ambient Project web design is a team-oriented organisation. For every new project we organise a team to suit the needs of the brief depending on its nature and the various skills and abilities of our designers. For every project each team is guided by one of our partners who liaise respectively with the clients involved.
Ambient Project web design is held by two partners; Austin Maguire and Brian Newman, and works with a network of talented and experienced people with professional backgrounds in product design, digital design, graphic design, interior architecture, landscaping design, business/marketing, communication and strategy.
Austin and Brian are both experienced designers who have spent time successfully studying, working and designing both in Ireland and abroad.
Austin has a 1.1 degree 'BDes in Industrial Design' from NCAD and further education in digital design and Web design. He has studied in ESAD, Porto, Portugal and spent a year and a half with the design studio Goodmorning Technology in Copenhagen and has also free-lanced in web design and development in London and Dublin.
Brian has spent 3 years studying and working in digital design and Web development in San Diego and spent the last year working as a free-lance web designer and developer in London and Dublin.
ambient project web design is dedicated to encouraging and furthering Irish design across all disciplines, improving the standard of design nationally and promoting Irish design abroad. We are heavily involved with the Institute of Designers in Ireland (IDI) and in particular Design Week, their annual celebration of National and international design. Further to this Austin is a member of the Design Ireland Skillnet Steering Committee, a group of different design practitioners who volunteer their time to advise and support training programs and networking events for the Irish Design industry.
